Duct run fell off under home. Area is very tight. Called in for a smaller tech to access the point where we can reattach run properly. Client is replacing home and wanted estimate to move package unit out of the way. Built estimate for two ppl to return when client is ready.
Tighten the line voltage wiring in the disconnect there was no power going to the upstairs air handler

I’ve cleaned the unit and checked system operation i’ve checked pressures temperatures cleaned out the drain line customer has recently replaced the filters in the home thermostat is operating properly also checked all electrical connections and components and everything has checked out perfectly. system is operating properly at this time without any problems.

However I did recommend to the customer to start looking into system replacement the system is 12 years old and is at the end of its life and to call In and get a free estimate.

Installed a mini breaker started and checked the indoor and outdoor unit the indoor fuse was blown I was unable to re-create why the fuse had blown installed a new three amp fuse start and check unit is operating normally at this time.
We arrived at the customers home check Customers systems and operation found system to be operating properly at this time without any problems check the zoning everything checked out between the zone board thermostats and dampers, educated the customer on the equipment and how to properly use it customer now understands
The outdoor unit is a Goodman r10 the indoor coil sits on the original Miller electric furnace the coil is r22 and is a mismatch to the outdoor unit the indoor coil is stopped up the bottom 1/3 of the coil is mud it has not been serviced in long time. They are sending a CA out to evaluate.
